Paesti ("we", "the app") is a food discovery app that helps you find dishes at restaurants near you. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Location data. When you grant permission, we use your device's location to show restaurants and dishes near you. Your location is sent to our server to perform proximity searches. We do not store your location history.
Usage analytics. We collect anonymous usage data (screens viewed, searches performed, features used) to understand how the app is used and improve it. This data is not linked to your identity.
Local preferences. Your selected city is saved on your device so you don't have to pick it every time. This data never leaves your device.
Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. We do not store any personal data on our servers.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data. Since we don't collect personal data, there is typically nothing to delete. If you have questions, contact us below.
Dish descriptions, prices, ingredients, dietary labels, and other restaurant information displayed in the app are provided for informational purposes only. This information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify directly with the restaurant, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Paesti is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
